Poker Chip Counter ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application designed to help users track buy-ins, cash-outs, and settlements during home poker games. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how data is handled.

Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device using local storage. It never leaves your phone:

• Game data — player names, buy-in amounts, chip counts, game history, and settlements
• Contact data (optional) — if you grant contacts permission, the app reads your contacts only to let you quickly add players. Contact data is never uploaded or transmitted
• Preferences — language, currency, and last-used game setup

Through Third-Party Services

The following data is collected by third-party SDKs integrated into the app:

• Google AdMob — collects approximate location (derived from IP), device identifiers, and ad interaction data to serve relevant advertisements
• Google Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage statistics such as app opens, session duration, screen views, and feature usage to help us improve the app
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash logs, device model, OS version, and stack traces when the app crashes, so we can fix bugs

How We Use Your Data

• To provide core app functionality (tracking poker games)
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob
• To analyze anonymous usage patterns and improve the app
• To diagnose and fix crashes and errors

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the CCPA, the sharing of personal data with Google AdMob for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary value, but we share device identifiers and approximate location with Google AdMob to display ads.

To opt out: Tap the "Privacy choices" link on the app's home screen. The consent form will let you withdraw consent for personalized advertising. Once opted out, you will continue to see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your data.

The categories of personal information we share are:

• Identifiers (device ID, IP address)
• Geolocation data (approximate location only)
• Internet activity (in-app interaction data)

We share this information with: Google AdMob (for advertising) and Google Firebase (for analytics and crash reporting).

International Data Transfers

Data shared with Google services (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) may be processed and stored on Google's servers located worldwide, including in the United States. Data Retention

Game data on your device persists until you uninstall the app or clear app storage. Data collected by Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics is retained according to Google's data retention policies — typically 14 months for analytics and 90 days for crash reports.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone. The only data sharing that occurs is:

• With Google AdMob for advertising purposes
• With Google Firebase for anonymous analytics and crash reporting
• Through the WhatsApp share feature, which you initiate manually to share game results with your friends
